Stadium Capacity
The stadium capacity at the Etihad Stadium including home and away supporters is 55,017.

Seating
The lower tiered platform has 9 wheelchair spaces in Block 113.  A further 16 spare are on Box Level situated behind our fans.  The companion seats are next to the wheelchair user.  Easy Access Seats are the rear rows as these will incur the least number of seats.  There are 20 pairs of accessible seating , 4 of which are situated in the front row.  Should a supporter need to sit throughout the game, contact the Disability Liaison Team at Arsenal as so they can look at arranging a front row seat through the Arsenal Box Office.  However, if a supporter is allocated a front row seat, this will mean the supporter would need to walk down a large number of steps.

Accessible entrances:
Away supporters will enter for Level 1 via Entrance L1.  Those on Box Level will enter via the lift at Entrance H.   Please note that Entrance H is also used by home fans and those fans entering here will be escorted to Box Level.

Accessible parking
Manchester City allocate 14 spaces in Grey car park, Gate 7 – postcode M11 3DL.  All requests for parking need to go through the Disability Liaison Team at Arsenal – 0207 619 5050 or email disabilitytickets@arsenal.co.uk.  The club will require your name, email address and registration number of the supporter who requires accessible parking.   All requests must be received within 72 hours of kick off.

Sensory Room
There is no access to the Sensory Room for visiting fans.

Face coverings
All communication for visiting supporters on entry requirements will be sent via the visiting club.

Audio Descriptive Commentary
There is full audio descriptive commentary available. Please inform Manchester City through the Disability Liaison Team at Arsenal – 0207 619 5050 or  disability@arsenal.co.uk  with your name and seat details of the supporter.  The club will arrange for a headset to be delivered at the start of the game and collected at the end . You will need your own headphones that uses a 3.5mm jack.

Assistance Dogs
Manchester City welcome assistance dogs.  Please contact the Disability Liaison Team at Arsenal – disability@arsenal.co.uk or 0207 619 5050 so that they can make arrangements for you.

Changing Places / Accessible Toilets
There is a Changing Places toilet within the home area at Block 119.  As this is across the segregation line any visiting supporters wishing to use it will need to be escorted. With this in mind please contact the Disability Liaison Team (disability@arsenal.co.uk) so that they can arrange escort on the match day.  On Level 1 there is one accessible toilet close to the platform on the concourse.  On Box Level there are toilets on the Box Level corridor and in the Legends lounge. All are accessible with a RADAR key – Staff carry these keys if required.

Refreshments
Alcohol will only be available on Level 1 as Box Level is subject to Ground Regulations as the seats are in the stadium bowl.

Cashless Stadium
The Etihad stadium is cashless. On Box Level they operate an in seat service for disabled supporters pre match and then at half time.

Leaving the Stadium
Any restrictions on exiting the ground will be communicated to visiting clubs.
