TURNSTILES

There is level access to all 16 turnstile blocks on podium level.  The following blocks are for both wheelchair and ambulant supporters – A, D, E, H, J, K, M, N & S.  To gain entry to the stadium, supporters will need to insert their membership card  or match day ticket into a card reader, but if you have a problem, a steward will be on hand to assist you.  Once inside, the inner gate will then be opened by a steward to give you access to the lower tier concourse.

LIFTS

Lifts are operated by stewards on match days and are located at the following cores: A/B, C/D, E/F (two lifts ), G/H, J/K, L/M, N/P and R/S.  Disabled supporters and those with mobility problems have priority, and half hour before kick-off E/F and N/P lifts are designated for disabled supporters only.  All lifts have visual floor indicators, an audible announcer, hearing loops and tactile markings on the control buttons.  You are able to apply for a lift pass if you are a season ticket holder.  We recommend that all supporters arrive at the stadium in good time to enable you to get to your seat before kick-off.  Please note that after the game there may be queues at the lifts to access the lower tier and car park.
