Accessible parking
There are no parking facilities inside the stadium other than 6 bays allocated for away supporters with Blue Badge holders. These spaces must be booked in advance. Please contact your club for full details. Some on-street parking is also available for Blue Badge holders either in dedicated Blue Badge bays or vacant residents’ bays.  Some of the Blue Badge bays in the area are specifically for the use of a designated local Blue Badge holder.  We would advise you to arrive in the vicinity more than two hours before kick-off.  Parking around the stadium is almost impossible if you do not have a blue badge.  You can rent a local resident’s driveway by clicking on this link – YourParkingSpace

Audio Descriptive Commentary
The Disability Liaison Team provides a free Audio Description Commentary Service for away supporters who are blind/partially sighted supporters.  When booking your match tickets ask your club’s Box Office or Disability Access Officer to advise the Arsenal Disability Liaison Team (Enquiry Form) that you would like to have the Audio Description Commentary Service.  They will need to provide your name and seat details so that the Disability Matchday Team can arrange for the commentary equipment  to be delivered to your seat before kick-off.  The equipment will be collected from you at the end of the game, or pass it to a steward as you are leaving.  If the equipment fails, speak to a steward and ask them to call the Disability Matchday Team for a replacement.

Hearing Loop
Induction loops are located around the stadium and are also in the Disabled Supporters Lounge area and the function areas on Club Level.

Assistance Dogs
For Assistance Dog users, the Emirates provides a dog toilet area. The Assistance Dog toilet facility is located just outside the stadium on the podium opposite Turnstile Block E.   This facility is fitted with a RADAR lock.

Changing Places / Accessible Toilets

Refreshments
Refreshments are available in the Away Supporters’ Area at Emirates Stadium from 6.30pm ahead of evening games, and two hours ahead of afternoon matches.
