Many supporters are saying that despite contacting the club regarding the incorrect number of My Arsenal Rewards points for their attendance at home games, their accounts have not been adjusted. Following a meeting on 25th January with Arsenal FC, they have asked if supporters could complete the form below indicating what game(s) they have not received points for that they were expecting and if points have been deducted when they should not have been.  Please complete the form below and your details will be forwarded to the club so that they can investigate why these have not been added or deducted.

If you have not received either your membership card or your personal assistant card, you will need to get in contact by using the Enquiry Form with your name and membership number.  You should also have received a digital version of both cards, so if you have not received these either then please request them.  These can be downloaded to your Apple or Google Wallet on your mobile phone.

My Arsenal Rewards is a new loyalty programme where members can earn My Arsenal Rewards points for their interaction with the club e.g. purchasing tickets, attending home games and buying online or in the Arsenal shops.  Points can also be gained by spending with affiliates (specific high street stores and online brands) and also using Ticket Transfer (season ticket holders can make sure that their seat is used, even if they are unable to attend a match).

Points can be redeemed for prizes, money can’t buy experiences such as attending Mikel Arteta’s post-match press conference or a change to play on the pitch at the Emirates Stadium as well as exclusive rewards

Your My Arsenal Rewards card will replace your existing membership card which will allow you entry to the stadium for matches, a pre-payment card and a rewards card.  The pre-payment feature is powered by Pingit for Clubs (Barclays) and is optional.  If you decide to use your card as a pre-payment card, once you have activated it, it can be used for purchases at the Emirates Stadium as well as in the club stores,  with Arsenal Direct online and anywhere that accepts Visa as a payment.  However, a UK bank account is required to register with Pingit, you must be 16 and over and a UK resident.
